We work with families who are experiencing separation from people that are important to them, especially children where they may be missing mum or dad. We understand that every situation is different and we are here to support you during this difficult time. We provide supervised contact services that are neutral, respectful and professional.
Our staff are fully trained to support you to ensure that your visit is a happy time with your children.
We are centrally located close to bus stops, shopping, and parks. Our centre is family focused and our programs are designed for safety and comfort. We can cater to families and children of all ages and abilities and our centre is well resourced with games, crafts, and activities to keep everyone busy.
Step by Step Contact accepts referrals from the Family Court, Oranga Tamariki and private clients. We are an accredited member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Supervised Contact Services (ANZASCS)
